AGM Date Change & Party Date

Hey Everyone!

Two updates for you all:

• We've set a date for the end of year party

• We are postponing the AGM due to scheduling conflicts.

Both of these will be happening on April 28th from 2-5pm!

Instead, we will combine it with our end-of-year party. Here are the details:

When: April 28th 2-5pm (AGM 2-2:45pm)

• If you can't make the party in person, but could attend the AGM on zoom, that will be an option!

Where: Lucy's House! (Huge thank you to Lucy!!) at 5171 Ranger Ave, North Van

What to bring:

Food: This will be pot-luck style! Please bring a small food item for the group, along with a list of ingredients.

Drinks: BYOB

Other: Bathing suits optional! I've heard there's a hot tub 👀
