Competitive teams
The VMS competitive program includes swimmers with previous competitive synchro experience. Swimmers compete in one or more of the following events: team, combo, trio, duet, mixed duet and solo at the Regional, Provincial, National and International levels.
Members of the White Team have considerable experience in the sport and competed at a national level.
The White Team participates at domestic, US and international competitions.

Black Team
Members of the Black Team have a mix of experience in the sport and competed at the provincial or national levels. Several members also swam varsity. The Black Team participates at domestic, US and international competitions.

Sundays
6:15pm-9:30pm timing staggered among teams
Extra Routines (duets, solos)
We try to accommodate swimmers who want to swim routines in addition to a team but it is dependent on coach and pool time availability.
