VMS AGM - Jan. 25

Hi Everyone,

Our annual general meeting will take place Tuesday, January 25 at 8 pm. The meeting will be virtual (via zoom), and all members are welcome to join.

The meeting is an opportunity to review the club's finances, recap the previous season (short as it was), and discuss any issues members are interested in. If you have something you would like to talk about at the meeting, please email me at vmspresident@gmail.com and I'll add you to our agenda.

We currently have room on our board for new/more members. If you're interested in volunteering to help organize the club, please consider joining. If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to chat with any of our current board members (Meghan, Erin, Rhonda, Jennifer, and Lise).

The AGM's zoom link will be sent out closer to the date. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
