VMS AGM Agenda and notice of Special Resolution

Stefanie has already given notice that our AGM is scheduled for April 28, 2024 at Lucy's house (Thanks Stef and Lucy!). In that notice she mentioned that we will by proposing to change the name of the club to fall in line with the name change of the sport.

Official Notice of Special Resolution:

In order to make any changes to our constitution or bylaws we are required to provide 2 weeks notice to the membership.

This requires a special resolution that must be approved by a 2/3 majority vote at our AGM. If approved I will be filing an application with the BC Registry Service to reserve the new name and I will file a constitution alteration application with BC Registry.
