I, (Erin), am in the process of transferring treasurer duties to Angie this week. Having a baby a bit earlier than expected threw our timelines off a bit, but we're back on track and you should start seeing updates from the new executive.
I'm releasing invoices this week for January-March 31st (including Regionals, if you competed there). I had pretty good notes of who competed and who bought club gear, but do check your invoice carefully and if I got it wrong, please let me know!
Angie will release the final invoices for the season in due time (i.e. April 1-May 31st, including Provincials competition). At the moment, our final pool time for the season is at Templeton on May 28th (7:30-9:30pm).
Thanks for your patience for these invoices. This season has been a bit wacky with pool rentals (mainly, the City of Vancouver was woefully understaffed so they only recently sent me the contracts for Spring that are now coming due). If you are able to pay the invoice quickly, that would help the club as we have a fair number of outstanding invoices to pay.
