My sincere apologies for the delay on sending out final invoices. It was a few factors - I was quite ill in May and my real-job was super busy these past few weeks, but I really apologize for taking more than 6 weeks to get these invoices out to you. It's the last thing you're thinking about as (hopefully) summer weather arrives and fun plans may in store!
My fault, so I totally understand if you need more time to pay these invoices - you'll see that the due date isn't until August 15th. If you're able to, please pay early as the club does have some outstanding bills to pay, but if not, take your time.
There is one final piece that I was hoping to get resolved but didn't before I'm sending the invoices: team aquatics orders that were placed in April. I've matched up some of the orders, but not all, so please let me know if you ordered something through Rhonda - we put it through the club so I'll add that to your invoice. Items like bathing suits, goggles, noseclips, and silicone caps (white and other colours).
This invoice includes Masters Provincials competition. There are three possible variations to the invoices pertaining to this competition. 1) you weren't intending to compete - no competition charges
2) you were intending to compete but couldn't, due to unexpected circumstances - registration charges only
3) you were intending to compete and did compete - registration and coaching charges
