Hi Everyone,
As explained at this year's AGM, each member of VMS is required to complete 5 hours of volunteering per season. Volunteering includes anything that benefits either the club or a team as a whole. Some examples include:
- Being a member of the Executive (you automatically receive your full 5 hours)
- Driving the sound system (1 hour /pickup+drop off)
- Organizing/purchasing/creating team makeup or suits
- Editing team music
- Volunteering at a meet
Any of these jobs can be completed by you, or someone working on your behalf. If you are struggling to come up with ways to volunteer, please contact vmspresident@gmail.com and we'll come up with something. If you aren't sure if this applies to you, again, please don't hesitate to contact me.
When you've completed some, or all, of your volunteer hours, please complete the following form. You may submit this form multiple times throughout the season, or once all your hours have been completed.
