Vancouver Masters has had a policy that all members need to do 5 volunteer hours during the season. Due to COVID restrictions and cancelled competitions we have not enforced this policy over the last few years but there is still a need for volunteers to help BCAS host the competitions. BCAS does expect each club to provide volunteers. If you can't fill the roles yourself please encourage family and friends to volunteer and they will get a front row seat!
thanks in advance,
Rhonda

VOLUNTEER LINK
We need YOU! Please CLICK HERE to see a list of all roles that require volunteers for the upcoming meet. Be sure to click “Show More Spots” (orange rectangle) to see all of the roles required for the specific days.
NO EXPERIENCE OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED! We will tell you everything you need to know when you arrive on deck. Positions may include recording scores on the score sheet, timing a routine, running the music or video system, marshalling athletes, or being an announcer. It is all straightforward and you get the best seats in the house. To learn more about our Competition Volunteer roles, check out our role vignettes on our website.
MASTERS FRIENDS & FAMILY: In the past, we have had some difficulty filling roles during specific times/events. For Masters events #2-#4 on Saturday morning and #22-#24 on Saturday evening, please consider volunteering if you will be there to cheer on your teammates or asking your friends/family to help volunteer and have the best seat in the house to watch you perform!
