Each year VMS has an Annual General Meeting; this year it will be on Sunday, November 18 from 7-8 pm in the mat room at Britannia. We hope to see everyone there!
Technically, to attend an AGM, you need to be a member-in-good-standing, which means your October invoice must be paid (this is the invoice that includes the Synchro BC annual fees). If you aren't sure if you have paid this invoice, please contact vmstreasurer@gmail.com and Erin will help you out.
One of the important items during this meeting will be electing this year's executives. Right now, myself, Erin, Rhonda and Melinda are on the board. We will all be running again. We do, however, have room for three more members. So, if you're interested, please come talk to us!
